Requirements
Before becoming an authorised reseller of CRM-Map, at least one member of your organisation needs to be trained and tested on setting up and operating it. This process involves a 1 day training seminar and an online quiz.
To ensure resellers remain up-to-date on the product’s newer features there will be a refresher quiz and seminar every year. An extensive knowledge base has been developed to help make this process simpler.
Resellers are responsible for generating their own client base as well as providing that base with any support they require. If a reseller does not wish to offer client support, Accede or another reseller can take on this responsibility. The none supporting reseller will have their trail commission adjusted to 10% and the supporting reseller with receive 10%.
